At Kiiroo, we prioritize your satisfaction and offer a 14-day return window for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, items that have been opened or had their seals broken cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via the online portal or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused item in its original, discreet packaging and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

  Ship the Item

  Send your package back to our designated warehouse using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe and documented delivery.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item and verifies the seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
